Visit Victorian Fairholme

 

Built in 1885 by Edward R. and Mary Grinter Street. The home was restored to the Victorian period and named Fairholme by John L. Street Jr., grandson to Edward and Mary. The house is on the National Registry of Historical Homes. Now owned by the John L. Street Library it is available for special events. Have a small wedding in the beautiful front parlor or in the garden gazebo. Have a reception, rehearsal dinner, celebrate a special birthday or holiday party in the dining room with the unusual ebonized oak dining room chairs. The Trophy room is just an example of one of the many unique rooms where you could have a photo session; for family, engagement, or individual photos.

Prices for special events are:

25 or less $50.00 + $50.00 deposit

25-50 $100.00 + $100.00 deposit

50-75 $150.00 + $150.00 deposit

75-100 $200.00 + $200.00 deposit

100-150 $250.00 + $250.00 deposit

200 & more $300.00 + $250.00 deposit
